Customer Data
Customer information submitted through the HaulWRX platform remains the property of the customer, subject to applicable agreements.
We process customer information solely for purposes related to providing and improving our services, supporting customer operations, maintaining platform functionality, complying with legal obligations, and protecting the security of our systems.
AI Model Training
HaulWRX does not use customer data submitted through our platform to train publicly available artificial intelligence models.
If we use third-party AI service providers to support specific platform functionality, we make reasonable efforts to select providers with appropriate security and privacy practices consistent with our contractual obligations and applicable law.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information throughout its lifecycle.
